Thank you for supporting our fundraising raffle
Through your support and the donations from awesome local businesses, the funds raised will support our services helping young people in Hornby throughout the year - including child and youth counselling, long term support for Hornby’s most at-risk kids, and building access to sports, arts, cultural and academic opportunities in Hornby area schools through our LWS programme and Opportunity Hub.

Purchase your tickets at our stall at The Hub Hornby 8.30am-5pm from October 10th, until 3pm on October 23. The winning tickets will be drawn at 4pm on October 23, and the winners notified by phone.

Each ticket gives the opportunity to win any one of the below prizes:
1st prize: Two Minute PAK’nSAVE Hornby Trolley Run
On a date and time to be agreed, you will have 2 minutes to fill a trolley or trolleys with as many items as you can from in store. No more than 2 of each item, no alcohol, no cigarettes, and no shavers or shaving related products.
2nd prize: $1000 PAK’nSAVE Hornby voucher
A $1000 voucher to be spent in store only at PAK’nSAVE Hornby.
3rd prize: A 2025 Crusaders Rugby Jersey, signed by the team
A signed jersey, worth an estimated $600, donated by PAK’nSAVE Hornby.
4th prize: The Warehouse Hornby Outdoor entertainment pack
Valued at approx $600 Including a Gascraft Area Heater, a Gascraft pizza oven and Living & Co brazier with grill.
5th: Flatscreen TV
Flatscreen TCL FHD QLED TV valued at approx $500, donated by MTF Finance Hornby
6th prize: $500 Dress Smart Hornby voucher
A $500 voucher to be spent at any store in Dress Smart Hornby.
7th: Kids summer sandal pack
Choose 5 pairs from a range of children’s summer sandals and school shoes valued at approx $300, donated by My Shoe Specialist Hornby.
8th: Family Fun Pack valued at $200
Includes 6X Orana Wildlife Park childrens entry passes, $100 Ninja Valley voucher, an assortment of toys, and puzzles donated by Paper Plus Hornby
9th: Health and Beauty pack valued at $200
Includes $50 voucher to be spent at Trends Hair and Beauty in Hornby, and a voucher standard hair cuts for 2 adults and 3 kids at Justcuts at The Hub Hornby
10th: $100 House of Felt voucher
A $100 voucher to be spent at House of Felt at The Hub Hornby.
Raffle Terms and Conditions:
This raffle is run by Te Whare Awhero (Hope House) – 1 / 413 Main south Rd Hornby.
Staff members of Te Whare Awhero (Hope House) are not able to enter.
Buy a ticket by 3pm on the 23rd Oct 2026, go in the draw to win one of 10 prizes – one ticket one prize only, limited to 4999 tickets only.
All prizes will be available for pick up from our office from the 27th Oct onwards, winners will need to provide ID or the winning ticket stub. Vouchers will need to be redeemed within 12mths of the draw.
Public draw will be made on the 23rd Oct at the Hub at 4pm – first 10 tickets drawn from the box will be named a winner. We will start with the lowest value prize and work up to the highest valued prize.
Winners will be contacted by phone over the following week
If a prize is unclaimed within six months then it is forfeited, every attempt will be made to contact the wining ticket holders.
All prize items have been provided as ‘new’ any fault issues will need to be resolved with manufacture directly.
