We’ll then be in touch to discuss and book your first session.
These sessions are kept entirely private and confidential - your employer won’t be told anything discussed in the session, or even who has chosen to use the service.
If your employer has not signed up to provide you EAP Services or you have already used all your free sessions, you can follow the link below to book a session with one of our counsellors through our public service.
