EAP Employee Assistance services
Free, anonymous support services
The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a free, anonymous counselling service your employer sponsors, to support you through any challenges you might be facing.
The sessions are paid for by your workplace, but anything discussed in your sessions is strictly confidential, and your employer won’t know if you use the service.
Sessions can be used to discuss work issues, like stress, burnout or challenges with workplace relationships. Or they can provide support with personal challenges like depression or anxiety, anger, finances, relationships, or just provide a listening ear if you need to talk.
