Crisis Response Service

We can provide support for you and your employees as you navigate through a crisis.

That can include a death of a team member, the aftermath of a workplace accident or serious incident, dealing with trauma within your team, or supporting people through significant upheaval in the workplace.

Our support can include group sessions for your team, discussing what to expect in the process of grief or trauma, providing strategies for moving forward, and providing a safe space to talk.

We can also provide individual trauma counselling to support the wellbeing of your employees.

Flexible Service to meet your needs

We shape the service to meet your needs. That could mean a timely response in the days following the crisis, or ongoing support in the weeks or months afterward.

It could mean one or more on-site group sessions, sitting down with your team to discuss what happened, what the process of dealing with grief or trauma might look like, and offering strategies that might help.

We can also provide optional individual counselling sessions for your staff if needed.

The NZ Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 defines health as including mental health, which means business owners have the responsibility to monitor, remove or reduce risks to employees’ mental health wherever possible.
